Fallout 76 is an upcoming open-world action role-playing game for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 platforms. It was announced at E3 2019, during Microsoft’s press conference, and is set in the Fallout universe. The game has not been released yet, but it is being developed by Bethesda Softworks. Fallout 76 will be released on October 14th, 2023. According to a recent report by VG247, Bethesda Softworks has confirmed that Fallout 76 will be cross-platform. This means that players on both Xbox One and PlayStation 4 can play together. However, there are some caveats: first of all, only players who own an Xbox One or PlayStation 4 can play the game; secondly, the game is not yet released; and finally, it is not possible to create a character from scratch.
