If you are a Google family member and have not received a message from Google in the last six months, it may be because your account is inactive. To contact Google Family Link, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your account on Google.com and click on the “My Account” link in the top left corner of the main screen.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Contact Us.”
  3. Type in “Google Family Link” into the text field and click on the “Send Message” button.
  4. Your message will be sent to all of your family members who are registered with Google Family Link. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected] to ask for help!
