If you are a Google family member and have not received a message from Google in the last six months, it may be because your account is inactive. To contact Google Family Link, follow these steps:
- Log into your account on Google.com and click on the “My Account” link in the top left corner of the main screen.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on “Contact Us.”
- Type in “Google Family Link” into the text field and click on the “Send Message” button.
- Your message will be sent to all of your family members who are registered with Google Family Link. If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected] to ask for help!
