To start, make sure your Xbox One is connected to the internet and your computer. Now that you’ve confirmed the input, open up your audio software and create a new file called “mic.wav” with the following content: Now that you’ve created your mic.wav file, copy it to your computer’s hard drive. Open up Windows Explorer and paste it into the address bar of your browser. Now open up Skype and type in mic.wav into the chat box and hit enter. You’ll now be able to use your USB mic on Skype!
